- The product is sold in unfinished aluminum. If you desire powder coating, customization can be done on your end.
Can I get a single rail?
- No, our product is sold as a complete set, not as individual rails.

How hard is it to assemble?
- Assembly typically takes 60-90 minutes. We provide an instruction manual and a step-by-step YouTube video for assistance.
Who pays for shipping?

What is the warranty?
- The rack itself comes with a one-year warranty. Winches and actuators are covered for 90 days.
What is the weight limit on the unit?
- Each rail has a weight limit of 175 pounds.
Can I get it assembled?
- Assembly options depend on your location. If you’re close enough, we may arrange for delivery or pick-up of the assembled unit.
How deep does the water need to be to load/unload?
- The kayak loading system requires a minimum water depth of 6 inches.
How long does it take to load/unload?
- Loading and unloading take less than 5 minutes.
What happens if I bend a rail?
- Please avoid bending a rail—it’s not recommended! 😄
Can I use it if I am towing a 5th wheel camper?
- Unfortunately, the kayak loading system cannot be used while towing a 5th wheel camper.
